I was born in 1990, have a diploma in engineering and have over 10 years of ServiceNow implementation and consulting experience in various roles as a developer, consultant and architect with a focus on ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Domain Separation, customized app development and platform.
My clients have been from various business sectors such as banks, insurance companies, manufacturers of cars, optics, semiconductors, IT service providers and many more.

I started my career at GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2009, where I got to know SerivceNow as a user and administrator. I have been working in the consulting business since 2012. First at solid-serVision GmbH, a small start-up in the ServiceNow consulting environment, then at Accenture and finally 5 years as a freelancer before I joined the iTSM Group in 2024.
In addition to my ServiceNow experience, I have process consulting knowledge (ITIL4 Managing Professional) and basic project management skills (Professional Scrum Master II, Prince2 Foundation).
