About me
I am a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) with more than 14 years of experience in complex enterprise environments. My focus is on platform architecture, custom solutions, enterprise integrations, and ServiceNow delivery across self-hosted, on-premise, and cloud-based environments.
My profile combines architecture, lead development, and hands-on implementation. I design scalable and maintainable technical solutions and work across areas such as platform architecture, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, CSM, Service Catalog, workflow automation, upgrade architecture, and clone architecture.
I have worked with clients from a broad range of industries, including banking, insurance, automotive, optics, semiconductors, manufacturing, and IT services.

I started my career at GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2009, where I gained my first hands-on exposure to ServiceNow in an ITSM environment. Since 2012, I have worked in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, and development roles — first at solid-serVision.com GmbH, later at Accenture, then as an independent ServiceNow architect and developer, followed by a Solution Architect role at iTSM Group, and currently in platform architecture at Schwarz Digits.
In recent years, my work has increasingly focused on technically demanding ServiceNow environments, including self-hosted and on-premise capabilities, custom applications, cross-instance trust models, enterprise integrations, upgrade and clone automation, and platform-level solution design.
